Each of the five baronies of Pentamere will compete to see who has the best hot chocolate.
TRM along with three populace judges chosen by raffle ($1.00 per ticket proceeds to Royal Travel Fund) and a youth judge will judge the five entries. Tasting samples will be available for populace judging as well.
